Position : Sales Executives ( One for Uganda and One for Nairobi)

Reporting: Country Manager
Key tasks
  • Gather and prepare clientele database for planning and identifying clients’ needs;
  • Prepare visit work plan for clients for optimum utilization of time and resources;
  • Visit, service and build relations with Government organs & Parastatals, Corporate & Frequent fliers, and Travel Agents & Tour Operators to maintain loyalty and optimise revenue;
  • Achieve sales targets in line with budget for profitability of the airline;
  • Prepare, close sales contracts/incentives and deals to key accounts to generate maximum revenue;
  • Promote WB products and services to create awareness and generate sales and revenue;
  • Gather market intelligence to identify threats and opportunities so as to maintain a competitive edge and generate sales;
  • Prepare sales report for management information and performance evaluation and monitoring
Education and Experience
  • University graduate in sales and marketing or related field
  • Recognized IATA certificate or knowledge in rules and regulation of airline sales reservation and ticketing
  • 4 years airline or travel agency experience in sales, marketing or revenue management
  • He/she must be computer literate.
