Reporting to: M&E / GIS Manager (Gulu)
Responsibilities include:
- Collect and collate data from the field;
- Collect baseline and target data;
- Check and ensure that data is captured accurately on the data cards;
- Supervise the clerks engaged at each District data entry center;
- Manage and maintain the IRS database (check and correct errors in database);
- Monitor progress of spraying using the data (average houses sprayed per day per Spray Operator, average houses sprayed per sachet of insecticide, sub-counties/villages and households sprayed/unsprayed);
- Analyze and interpret data and submit weekly data reports;
- Track of insecticide usage.

| Requirements: |
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in a closely related field;
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, and explain it to others.
