| Requirements: | College/ University Diploma or higher Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Adept in the use of Microsoft 2003 and later office suites with advanced excel and access database skills Computer literate and knowledge of internet use Good keyboard skills Ability to handle difficult clients/ customers skilfully Flexible to work night/ evening shifts Appreciates need for consistency within company's operations Compliance with company policy and procedures Proven knowledge of article writing Grammatical proficiency in English language Eye for detail and precision Great research and analytical skills |
