Position: Accountant/Finance Manager Number of Vacancies: 1 (one) Reports to: General Manager Duties and Responsibilities: Petty Cash and payroll management. Make payments to all staff and vendors. Prepare and ensure timely payment of statuary returns (PAYE, NSSF, VAT and Withholding Tax) Post all vouchers into an electronic accounting system. Prepare financial statements Provide budget to actual reports to management. Invoicing and follow up on payment from clients. Banking of activities of the organization. Carry out bank reconciliation. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits. • Ensure that all staff adheres to finance policies and procedures. • Prepare the office finance manual and to ensure that the manual is updated from time. • Any other duties assigned by the General Manager |

Key Qualifications and Work Experience:
• Either a Diploma in Business Studies from a recognized institution with professional qualifications in full of CPA, ACCA or an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Business Administration with professional qualifications in full or part of CPA, ACCA. • At least of 5 years relevant working experience and exposure in the accounting function in reputable organization(s). • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Accounting packages is a must • Should have proven knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Internal Control Procedures. |
